3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@almirsystem.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and details on how to return the product.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us for further instructions. In most cases, exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and full refund, including return shipping costs.
